The Role
To provide support to business decisions who drive the preparation of the overall financial plan for the business, provide strategic consultation and representation to leadership team on financial issues and business development leading to optimum resource utilization & meet agreed on targets. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Role
To provide support to business decisions who drive the preparation of the overall financial plan for the business, provide strategic consultation and representation to leadership team on financial issues and business development leading to optimum resource utilization & meet agreed on targets. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective achievement of Finance objectives through the leadership of the Finance Department
- Oversee the consolidation and recommend the Finance budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Finance policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of Finance activity.
- Ensure financial targets are being followed up & embedded in all plans by agreeing on financial targets, agreeing on quarterly targets & ensuring decisions link with financial plans in order to deliver on the agreed plan.
- Provide overall direction for new initiatives relevant to the Financial arena by carrying out financial analysis of initiatives to set targets & ensure success for the initiative
- Direct & manage financial programs
- Lead specific business projects
- Maintain financial records & systems in accordance with SOCPA
- Define an optimum organization structure for the Finance department so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take place in an efficient manner
- Plan, implement and maintain an internal control system.
