An exciting opportunity to join a PE Backed Global Tech Start Up who have already grown to be Market-Leaders in their field. This is the opportunity to join a fast-paced environment as a Management Accountant in their London Head Office.

They are looking to support this growth by bringing in a Management Accountant to their London Head Office with clear scope to develop within a progressive business.

Description

The Role

As a Management Accountant you would have the following key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and Board Packs - Ownership of Month End
  • Preparation of business reviews, analysis and commentary
  • Ad Hoc Improvements - identify process improvements and assist with ongoing implementation projects
  • Further ad hoc analysis where required
  • Assist with the mentoring of junior members of the team

    What's Needed

    Whilst at the core a Management Accountant role, due to the fast paced start up environment this will be a varied role with a number of ad hoc projects and as such it will require a proactive and driven individual who is happy to be involved in more than just the numbers.

    Alongside this the following is also essential:

  • Qualified ACCA or CIMA
  • Clear Tech Interest - Tech background also preferable
  • Proven Management Accounts Background - Ownership of Month End from start to finish
  • Track record of process and systematic improvements
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills - ongoing development of effective working relationships to help drive team performance
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
