Point of Sale Field Auditor (2-Month Contract)

Sagicor Bank Jamaica is looking for the ideal team members to join our team in the position of: Point of Sale in Field Auditor (2-Month-Contract) The selected candidate will conduct a physical audit of our POS terminals in the field in order to update our PRIME4 database in order to better manage our inventory and to also improve our ability to report on our terminals and merchants. * This role will involve frequent travel islandwide. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Relationship Managers in branches to ensure documentation is prepared for update for legacy clients. Contact each merchant individually either by calling or visit. Validate information on file and PRIME with merchant and update records Engage clients about our EMV conversion and pass on the process for the conversion Engage our clients and collect the required data necessary to update records Research and correctly clear unreconciled items Perform data entry Qualifications/ Specialized Skills/ Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Detailed oriented Customer Service oriented Excellent work ethics and research skills. Ability to communicate and articulate ideas and information clearly and concisely both orally and written.
