JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing BILL PAY Operations, perform inventory valuation and reconciliations, oversee inventory, prepare Audit Schedules and GL reconciliations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manager daily BILL PAY Operations (Review reports, contact merchants, prepare payment reports to Bill Pay Payment Company). Inventory Valuations - oversee weekly stock count, prepare reports and provide explanations for any variances. Prepare audit scheduled and General Ledger reconciliations. Prepare journal entries as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar role Experience and knowledge with automated financial accounting reporting systems. Excellent written, oral communication, analytical and problem solving skills Must be able to function independently and handle a variety of responsibilities under pressure.
