Preparation of daily cash flow.
Apply some and Review day to day JV’s and posting.
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Proper follow up for collection.
Monthly local / overseas suppliers statement reconciliation and payments.
Review monthly accounts receivables ageing report before submitting to management.
Preparation of monthly various reports as management required.
Preparation of month end closing.
i. Prepaid Schedule.
1. Assets Schedule.
ii. Accruals Schedule.
iii. Running Depreciation.
Checking GL (A/R, A/P, Sales, Cost & Inventory).
Review and go thru Trial Balance on monthly basis.
Review with HR Department the Monthly Payroll and staff benefits.
Discussing with Finance Manager any issues that will develop and improve company process and procedures.
Coordinate with the auditors for year end closing purposes.
Reconciling the inventory with the stock control department.
