Our Client mission is to develop and deliver innovative therapies that improve live.Right now for our Client we are looking for GL Accountant with Englishfor new team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Oversee the General Ledger Accounting for our XX European Affiliates
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in General Ledger reporting
  • Meet Corporate timelines for month/ quarter / year end end closing processes
  • Review Balance Sheet reconciliations for Affiliate Trial Balance positions
  • Ensure compliance with SOX 404 Internal Controls Framework
  • Support Internal Audit processes and requirements
  • Ensure VAT compliance / filing in accordance with Affiliate local requirements

To be successful in your role you need to:
  • Min 3 years in international accounting
  • Excellent understanding of US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • SOX Internal Controls design and implementation experience
  • Statutory reporting process
  • ERP systems (ORACLE preferred) proficiency
  • Any ACCA/CIMA/CPA certification would be an asset
  • English language proficiency
