This Mortgage Adviser position exists with one of the most successful mortgage brokerages in the country.

Being well-established, and with phenomenal reviews on Trust Pilot, the firm attracts business from a wide variety of introducers, which provides motivated Mortgage Advisers with very attractive earnings potential.

Based from its impressive office in St Neots, you will provide predominantly telephone-based advice to clients from all over the UK, assessing their requirements and using the whole of market to recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.

You will benefit from an unlimited amount of leads, as well as full admin support from a highly competent team.

Whilst there is no need to bring over any of your own clients, you are welcome to do so, for which you will be handsomely rewarded.

It is essential that you have previous experience within mortgage advising, however, our client will consider candidates from either an independent mortgage broking background or a restricted environment. Most importantly, in line with our client’s exemplary reputation within the market, you will display first-class relationship building skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a genuine desire to write significant levels of business. As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a clean compliance record and credit history.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £30K, plus a very rewarding commission structure which makes for on target earnings of £50K+ in year 2 and £60K - £70K in subsequent years. In addition, there is an annual bonus based on the profit share of the group, as well as regular incentives.
