A well known global software business with a large finance team and progression opportunities

Description

The role entails:

Intercompany reconciliations and cross entity recharges - multiple countries and currencies
Branch accounting
Accruals and prepayments
Bank recs, balance sheet recs

Transactional work - accounts payable
Fixed assets and depreciation
Dealing with cash and bank accounts and journals
Complex cash allocations for different entities and countries
Using SAP and Oracle

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience of:

• German speaking is essential
• Intercompany reconciliations and cross entity recharges - multiple countries and currencies
• Branch accounting
• Accruals and prepayments
• Bank recs, balance sheet recs
• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Dealing with cash and bank accounts and journals
• Complex cash allocations for different entities and countries
• Using SAP and Oracle (ideal not essential)
• A proactive, enthusiastic and investigative outlook and confidence in their own ability / not afraid to speak up and challenge

Job Offer

£35-45K salary plus great benefits

Maximum of £45K for the right candidate

8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm

Expenses paid for travel to Munich every other month for 2 night stays to help with work in both Germany and the UK
